Katie Mountcastle is a junior at Salve Regina University with a major in European History and a minor in Administration of Justice. She has been a service advocate for the past year and in this

position, she commits one hundred hours of service to Learning Unlimited. In addition to being a service advocate, Katie is an admissions ambassador on campus. After college, Katie would love to do some form of service for a year or so and then she plans on going to law school.

 

In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time outside and taking photographs. Her favorite things to photograph are sunsets and sunrises as well as her friends and family. In the first few months of the lockdown and pandemic, Katie baked almost every day. She really enjoys trying recipes and creating her own from scratch to share. During the summer, Katie loves to travel, and her family especially loves beach trips to Watch Hill, Rhode Island and Fort Myers, Florida.
