My name is Mae Flax, and I am a sophomore at Salve studying biology and healthcare administration. After school I hope to attend graduate school to become a physician’s assistant. I am from a small town called Mystic, CT, which you probably have heard of because of the Mystic Aquarium or the movie Mystic Pizza. I come from a big family of seven (+ a dog named Tessie). I am the second youngest and am super close with all my siblings! I LOVE living in Newport and being by the cliff walk every day – it makes me feel super lucky to be here in Rhode Island. In my free time I love grabbing a cup of coffee and reading, going to the beach to watch the waves to relax, and hanging out with friends! I am most happy when I am with the people that I love and care about (bonus points if we are in South Hero, Vermont) and when I am learning!
